Senior Accounts Payable

My client, an industry leader in the outskirts of Chertsey are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Payable on a 12-13 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

Location: Outskirts of Chertsey

Hours: 37.5 hours a week / Monday-Friday / Flexible start-finish times (8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30)

Car park on site, nice open plan office, 5 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling invoice processing using Medius and Microsoft AX
• Addressing supplier inquiries
• Managing queries from various sites
• Maintaining the accuracy of supplier data within Microsoft AX and Medius
• Assisting with the accounts payable centralisation project
• Collaborating effectively with team members in the accounts payable department

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with suppliers and the broader business
• Proficient in IT and comfortable with new IT systems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for undertaking large-scale projects
