Our FMCG client are looking for a Data Programme Manager to support delivery of a core HCM system during a separation programme.

You'll be working closely with technical leads across work streams to deliver a data strategy / migration programme across HR and wider ERP / CRM / HCM systems ensuring the project is delivered to on time.

You'll need:

- Extensive experience in data delivery (project / programme management)

- Strong background in HR Data / People Transformation programmes

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- Good understanding of Data from an MDM / Migration / Strategy perspective

- Experience in Payroll implantation is a bonus
